St. Croix Farm is a third-generation, conserved family farm using regenerative practices to raise grass-fed and grass-finished beef and poultry in Valley Falls, NY. We partner with our neighbor RuBen Hill Farm to bring you pastured pork and lamb. CSA Memberships are accepted yer round and individual sales are welcome anytime.
